What you will do

Role Description: Customer Success & Growth Manager – U.S. Launch Team

As our Customer Success & Growth Manager and part of our U.S. Launch Team, you’ll be the primary point of contact for daily users who rely on our robots to disinfect critical spaces in hospitals and pharmaceutical environments, while also helping us grow our customer base across the U.S.

Your main priority is Customer Success: making sure customers are supported, successful, and excited to work with us. In addition, you’ll support our local sales efforts by executing SDR activities such as targeted outreach and getting in front of the right decision-makers.

You’ll work closely with our U.S.-based co-founder, collaborate with our sales team, and coordinate with our engineering and product teams in the Netherlands to keep improving the customer experience.

We’re looking for an energetic, ambitious, and hands-on person who’s ready to roll up their sleeves. This role is based in Austin, TX, working primarily from our office, with travel to customers and events as part of the job. As a U.S. startup team, we operate in a tight-knit, ownership-driven environment. As we scale, there is significant opportunity to grow with us and take on increasing responsibility.
