What you will do

Role Description: Customer Success & Growth Manager - U.S. Launch Team

As our Customer Success & Growth Manager and part of our U.S. Launch Team, you’ll be the primary point of contact for daily users who rely on our robots daily to keep critical spaces in hospitals and pharmaceutical environments safe and help grow our customer base across the U.S.

You will work with our US-based co-founder, support our local sales team, and collaborate with engineering and product teams in the Netherlands to ensure our robots run smoothly and we continuously improve the customer experience. This is a high-impact, hands-on role in a startup environment, with the opportunity to grow within our company as we scale in the U.S.

This is a hybrid role and you must be able to work from our Austin, TX based office a minimum of 3 days per week.
